DIY: Foil Specs

Hello. Few days back I asked you all at my facebook page & instagram that what would you like to see more at my blog/page?. I give you fun options and majority of you wanted more craft, beauty, fashion & styling diys. I am super excited to tell you all, I have started DIY series. Every week you will be getting to see totally-epic sort of step by step tutorial of all types of awesome products and "Things You Could" make at home yourself. I'm absolutely smitten getting to see the response from my mini survey, thank you so much for messaging me your feed back x>. Here is your today's DIY:

Things That you need are:

#1 Platinum Foil
#2 Specs without glass (Check your local optical shop, they can remove glass from specs for very cheap)
#4 Scissors(Optional)

Instructions For Making:

Step #1: Put UHU glue on your specs & start wrapping around foil in small pieces.
Step#2: Start off from sides of specs and then moving towards front.
Step#3: Trim off the excess foil from edge of specs or you can fold it too inwards.
Step#4: For finish look cut tiny bits of foil & paste on remaining left out spaces. This way your specs will be covered fully with foil.
Step#5: Leave it to dry for 2 hours.
Step#6: Wear your specs;>. These work totally awesome as photo booth prop or for fun shoot.

Note:
Do not use German glue/mod podge or any other replacement for sticking foil. It is tested, only UHU glue works wonders here. The rest of any other medium won't stick & make your creation smudged.

Next time I will teach you how to make a foil bow tie;>.
Here is a peek below :D:

Thanks for checking^,
